The construction of our exciting residential project continues to move forward at a steady pace, and today we bring you the latest updates on the work in progress. In this edition, we highlight progress on Blocks A and B, as well as exciting preparations for the next stages of construction and urban development.
Block A: Apartment Terrace
In Manzana A, we are moving forward with the construction of the apartment terrace. The formwork for the last slab that will make up this impressive recreational area is already underway. If all goes according to plan, next week will see the pouring of the slab, which will mark a significant milestone in the construction of this key area.
Block B: Masonry for the terrace
In Block B, we are pleased to announce that the terrace masonry is in the process of being installed. With this step, we are close to finalizing the structure and internal divisions of this block, bringing us even closer to offering our future residents a unique and comfortable place to live.
Preparations for future stages of construction
Not only are we focused on Blocks A and B, but we are also looking to the future. We have begun the ground marking process in Blocks N, J and L to begin excavations in these areas in the near future. This marks an important step towards the expansion of our residential project.
Urban development
We have progressed in the marking of the internal roads of Habana Vieja and Portobello Streets. In addition, we have begun the excavations necessary for the installation of electrical and hydraulic networks on these roads. This is a crucial step in ensuring that our residents enjoy a modern and efficient infrastructure.
