Our apartments will not be delivered fully furnished. However, we include refrigerator, stove, and oven as part of the appliances, inverter air conditioners in bedrooms and living room, modular kitchen, smart lock for the main door, Jacuzzi, and underground parking.

Each apartment has 1 parking space.

The flooring delivered in the first phase consists of porcelain tiles similar to those installed in the model apartments. For the apartments in Plaza de España, colonial-style hydraulic tiles apply. The flooring for subsequent phases will be determined at the time of their release for sale.
