In the 2-bedroom apartments, Airbnb or short-term rentals will not be allowed. The minimum duration for rental contracts will be 90 days, and each owner will have the option to handle the rentals individually.

Our apartments will not be delivered fully furnished, however we include refrigerator, stove and oven in white line, inverter air conditioners in bedrooms and living room, modular kitchen and smart lock for front door, picuzzi and subway parking.

The floor delivered in the first phase is porcelain tile similar to the one installed in the model apartments. For the apartments in Plaza de España, colonial hydraulic tile will be used. The flooring for the following phases will be determined at the time of sale.
